Extended Warranty
(Products greater than one year old no longer covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty where an extended warranty was purchased)
If your product is no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, you need to contact your extended warranty provider, or the dealer you purchased your warranty from. Extended Warranty calls cannot be booked with Diamond directly. Your Extended Warranty provider will send your repair request to Diamond, or whomever they have providing their repairs. Any extended warranty calls booked directly with Diamond will be processed as an Out of Warranty repair, where the customer is responsible for paying for the Trip, Diagnosis and any Parts and Labor provided.
